| • Filtration |

| • Flow control |
Pinch valves, check valves, pressure sensors, expansion joints. These products are designed individually for each project so as to meet some of the most rigorous environments and demanding applications. Easy maintenance. Pinch valves are designed with an easily interchangeable sleeve, which is the only valve part that comes in contact with the process fluid. |
| • Mill lining |
Rubber mill liners, grates, lifters. Combination (steel/rubber) liners. Mill lining we supply are suitable for most primary, secondary and tertiary ball mills, AG and SAG mills. Our rubber liners are made of tough abrasion resistant rubber guaranteeing their ability to withstand the relentless pounding of mill action. They are available in a selection of profile designs and heights. Our lifter bars are utilizing your current bolt hole spacing. Our mill lining products are very cost effective as cost per ton of ore grinding is lower. Our mill liners have less maintenance cost. |
| • Grinding media |
Forged steel grinding balls with hardness up to 65HRC, DIA 20MM up to 125MM. Chrome steel balls dia 3MM to 25MM for fine grinding process. Steel grinding rods of hardness 280-350 Brinell dia 60-100MM. Our grinding media due to automized tempering technology achieve optimal wear resistance with maximum breakage resistance. Due to constant tempering process the roundness of the grinding during its lifetime in the grinding process. |
| • Flotation Process |
Polyurethane lined impellers for flotation cells. Our polyurethane impellers are fully interchangeable and compatible to Outokumpu, Wemco, Denver. Our polyurethane having very high abrasion and impact resistance alloys our impellers to have much longer lifetime than any other impeller lined with other elastomers. |
| • Wear resistant products |
Trommel screens, tensioned screens, cyclone liners, chutes hoppers, dewatering panels, classifier shoes. Our polyurethane is proven to be extremely good in abrasion ware. All lined with polyurethane products we supply can be customized designed. |
| • Crushing plants |
We supply crushing plants and parts made by Baxter and Symons, either new or used. We have fully trained service team to assist you with on site major repairs, machinery installation and commissioning. We can refurbish or rebuilt our crushers in our U.K. workshop. Parts we use are new and genuine. All our works done are covered with warranty. |
| • Metal detectors |
Our metal detector are easy to install detecting metal parts down to size M6. Our metal detectors will detect all kinds of metal including aluminium, copper, stainless steel iron, etc. Will not report ferric oxides like magnesite and hematite. Our metal detectors are available with single or tandem probe depending on application. One more advantage of our metal detectors is that single probe can be converted to tandem by purchasing and installing a second probe. |
